Selling a home in today’s market environment is no easy feat. However, I was able to sell my home in a reasonable amount of time because of Lazar’s dedication and experience. Lazar did a superb job of advising me through the entire selling process. He was very upfront about communicating what potential buyers’ might think of my house. He clearly explained to me the options ahead of me… the pros and cons of: 1) investing in upgrades, 2) changing my list price and 3) seller financing. Lazar is very patient and forthcoming. I felt like I had business partner to collaborate with through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and would be a tremendous asset to anyone considering listing their home.

I had purchased the house next door to mine that was in very poor condition and always had terrible tenants. I had spent a year and a half working on remodeling the house and got to the point that I was in need of another loan, which I was not prepared to do. I started contacting many investors to offer them the home at a reasonable price, but most of them seemed like I was dealing with a used car salesman, and offered me less than the lot alone was worth. Lazar with REO Investors was very professional and recognized that purchasing the house from me was a good investment. He made me an offer the same day, which I accepted and Lazar closed on the sale within 3 weeks. Repairs to the house started immediately and in 5 months he had a buyer. The house adds value and has attracted home owners instead of bad tenants to our neighborhood.
