Hello and welcome to Hausman Homebuyers’s first blog update for 2012!  Since the last entry, we have been working hard on our houses in Terrell Hills and in Alamo Heights.  Our third project, a new home in Alamo Heights, is scheduled to get started in the next couple of weeks. 

Well, I got a little off track with the blog, or maybe A LOT off track -- it's been over year since the last one!  This past year has been a good one, so in the blog entry I'll update you on all that's happened...

It’s been a while since the last update, but we’ve been working on a two-part entry about buying houses at the foreclosure auction.  Those two entries will be coming very soon!  For now, we’ll focus on the two latest pieces of news: 1) we finally closed on the purchase of the rock cottage in Olmos Park Terrace; and 2) we finished remodeling our house in Windcrest and it is now for sale!

Hi, welcome to the latest blog update for Hausman Homebuyers!  In the last blog entry, we were looking at buying a couple of houses.  We missed out on one of them because the owner decided against selling, but we ended up getting one that was a court-ordered sale.  It's a really cool stone bungalow that we'll be closing on at the end of the month.

Well, 6 weeks later and I am finally writing my 2nd blog entry.  I am planning on updating it much more frequently, sorry it has taken so long!  Due to the time spent getting the website live and a heavy workload the last 6 weeks, the blog has been low priority.  In this entry, I'm going to tell you a little bit about what's been going on with our business.

Hi!  This is Lazar Hausman, president of Hausman Homebuyers, Inc.  I'd like to personally thank you for taking the time to look at our site and read the blog.  This is my first blog entry.  I'm not even sure what to write!  I guess I'll tell you a little bit about myself and investing in the real estate business.  I wasn't born in San Antonio, but my family moved here when I  started kindergarten.  I lived here until graduating high school, and then lived in Austin while attending undergraduate and graduate school there.  I've been back in San Antonio ever since, so this is my home and where I'm from.
